Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our growing organization! This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to grow their current career goals, establish themselves within a fast paced sales environment and work with highly successful Senior Account Managers. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for maintaining customer records in our databases, order processing, quotation entry, & proactive customer connections. Requirements

  • Self-starter and highly organized
  • Ability to work in a team environment, assisting Sr Account Managers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Savvy online navigating and computer proficiency skills - experience with a CRM Database and Google's Online Office Tools is a plus

Warehouse & Quality Agent

We are looking for a Warehouse & Quality Agent to support our growing organization! The Warehouse & Quality Agent will be responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies, collaborating and communicating with account managers, quality assurance inspectors, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products, and performing visual inspections on various electronic devices/components under the direction of the Inspection Manager.

Requirements

  • Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
  • Visually inspect products using magnifying glass, lot sampling methods and /or AOI machines.
  • Receive & Inspect purchased parts, assemblies, accessories, and materials for conformance to specifications and to the applicable ISO Procedures
  • Compare quantity and part number of items received with procurement data and other specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy of order
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly.
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding company-wide expectations in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, attendance, attitude/teamwork
  • Self-motivated, energetic and goal focused.
  • Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Able to perform repetitive duties, including data entry and verifying and updating inventory.

We are looking for dynamic talented account managers. We have several openings in our state of the art facility located in Tampa, Florida. We are looking for career minded individuals who know what it takes to succeed, and can deliver exceptional customer service. Industry experience is preferred, but we will train the right person. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle; prospecting, cold calling, building relationships, negotiating and selling quality electronic components. We offer an attractive compensation package with NO CAP on commissions, paid vacation, 401K matching, health insurance, a casual work environment and more.
