Customers also gain access to their own online service portal to track orders and view inspection reports, part spec sheets, product, life cycles and more.

Supplier Management

Our suppliers are continuously scored in our business management system and receive feedback ratings for every purchase order processed. This allows our Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to monitor on-time delivery, quality assurance metrics and ERAI/GIDEP notifications, resulting in real-time supplier monitoring.

Certifications & Memberships

Having a quality program that promotes due diligence for all departments within our company is what makes Sensible Micro unique. Our certifications, industry memberships, and commitment to the highest quality inspection procedures ensure our organization is effective at consistently delivering above and beyond customer expectations.

Inspection & Test Lab Services

Sensible Micro houses one of the most technically-advanced anti-counterfeit and inspection labs in the industry. We have made investments in equipment, standards, training, and staff, so our customers can truly control how encompassing their inspection plan should be by product and end-use criteria.

Customer Protection

To further demonstrate our ongoing commitment to customers, Sensible Micro can add you to our insurance binder. Product Liability insurance ($2M) and Errors & Omissions insurance ($3M) are both available to keep you and your investments protected.

New product sourced from the open market comes with a standard 12-month warranty, while factory-direct channel warranty periods can vary between 12 months and 5 years, depending on the manufacturer.
